Gazpacho with Sauteed Scallops…..Made in just a few minutes

On a hot Saturday afternoon, I created gazpacho.

It just took a few minutes

Homemade YumminessI did not have crab for a garnish so

I butterflied and sauteed a pound of scallops,

in two pans, one with ginger and tarragon and the other with curry and other spices
