Chef Cindy Wolf spoke at the Roland Park Women’s Club on Thursday, November 9.

 

She remembered speaking there 20 years ago when she and her husband were just opening Savannah. and her husband’s grandmother was in the audience. She said she was very nervous, yet not now, and she could not believe it has been 20 years.
She spoke of her absolute love of commingling food and wine, “fields of fresh lemon verbena.”

Slicing home grown zucchini paper thin, drizzling with the best evo and topping with cheese made from a tiny farm in Italy with a dash of salt and pepper.
